Currently, all of our products are made to order which means each item is uniquely produced once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we are happy to offer a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and provide a clear photo of the issue.
Future Product Fulfillment: As we continue to grow, some items may be fulfilled by select partners. These products may be subject to different return policies, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. For these items, if your product arrives damaged or differs from the description, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If any issues arise, please reach out to our customer service team.
- For multiple items with the same design, we may ask for additional photos or videos showing all impacted products for confirmation purposes.
- We cannot process returns or reprints due to incorrect size or color selection, so please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
- For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a minor variation in print placement (up to 0.5") is within acceptable manufacturing standards and will not be considered a defect.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information or other reasons, we offer the option for a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.
