In medieval times a reliquary was a container of holy relics serving as a tangible link between the faithful and the divine. Since we're a store that specializes in faith-based merchandise, we fancy ourselves as an "e-reliquary" of sorts. However, e-reliquary.store didn't work for us as a cool, brandable name.What is your return policy?
Since all items are custom-made once ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will offer a free reprint or refund. What if my item arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing issue?
If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, email us within 30 days at support@reliquarium.store and provide clear photos of the item you received along with your order number. Once we verify your order, we'll send you a replacement or you can request a refund.How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location but generally range from 3-7 business days within the U.S. Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons (like Christmas) or due to delays outside of our control.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is in production. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only shipping within the U.S. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future to include international destinations.

Why is my print slightly misaligned?
For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, there may be a slight variation in the placement of the print (up to 0.5"), which is considered within acceptable manufacturing standards and is not deemed a defect.
